The lawsuit claimed the casino company's website is infringing on trademarks. The NBA hasn't filed suit, but Major League Baseball does want the photo removed. The Jacks Or Better website showed Las Vegas-style gaming under the 'casino' heading on the homepage, but it also moves to an image of Garrard playing against the Houston Texans. In January, Garrard, his team, the National Football League and NFL Properties were all plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed against the owners of the casino boat that cruises out of Mayport to international waters and lets customers gamble and game. – A federal judge has ordered the Jacks Or Better casino boat to stop using images of the Jacksonville Jaguars and quarterback David Garrard on the Mayport-based boat.
